We reply within one business day, with an actual answer rather than an acknowledgement.
What to send us
Four lines are enough for us to come back with a price and a shipping window:
- Specification: the grade you buy to, or the two or three limits that actually matter to your boiler
- Volume: annual tonnage, and whether it is spot or a term contract
- Destination port and preferred Incoterms
- First delivery window
If you are still comparing suppliers and do not have all of that info yet, write anyway. We will tell you what we can and cannot do before you spend time on a tender.
