✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial automation, or a related sector.

✅ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how technology can be used to optimize these processes.

✅ Experience with digital transformation and implementing ERP systems.

✅ Demonstrated passion for data-driven manufacturing and expertise in deploying data monitoring and analytics systems.

✅ Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on process automation and operational efficiency.
